On May 16, 2018, Thailand Food and Drug Administration issued notification G/TBT/N/THA/513 to revise regulations on the labeling of recommended daily intakes of sodium. Major modifications are as follows:
Repeal article 28 of Thailand Ministry of Public Health Decree No.182 which is about suggested nutrition list for Thais over 6, and relevant content in appendix 3
Repeal the nutrition labeling method of BE 2541 (1998) and replace it with

Products affixed with unqualified labels before this notification, are allowed to circulate in the market for two years.
