Thailand Proposes Amendments to Streamline Food Registration and Labeling Rules

On November 10, 2025, The Thailand Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) released a draft regulation aimed at simplifying the food product approval process and clarifying rules for minor label amendments. The proposal, titled Draft Regulation of the Food and Drug Administration on Procedures for Food Registration Numbers (No. 2), B.E. 2568 (2025), is now open for public consultation until November 28, 2025.
