The authority mainly introduces a Resolution Draft to address urgent regulatory gaps. The content of these two drafts is similar with the Decree 15/2018 Draft proposed on June 30, 2025. The draft mainly proposes replacing the current systems of "self-declaration" and "product declaration registration" with an updated procedures "applicable standard announcement" and a revised "product declaration registration" that results in a circulation number.
