On Jan. 12, 2017, China CFDA released the finalized version of the first batch of approved health food raw materials and function claims after two rounds of revision.

The first batch of approved health food raw materials and function claims for nutrient supplements have been finalized. The substances included in this list are all subject to health food filing rather than health food registration.
On Jan. 12, 2017, China CFDA released the finalized version of the first batch of approved health food raw materials and function claims after two rounds of revision (see CL news report on Jun 3, 2016). Compared to the draft version, the number of approved compounds in the finalized version has increased to 69. The first batch of approved function claim includes vitamins and mineral supplementation claims.
