China CFSA Consults on 4 New Food Additives

4 new food additives will be applied in food to optimize processing techniques used by industry.

From the end of April to May 15, 2018, China CFSA released 4 announcements seeking public consultation on 4 new varieties of food additives. One of them named "Applewood smoke flavoring", functions as a food flavoring and will be widely applied in 29 types of food. Here are the details of those 4 new food additives:
