China Updates the Administrative Provisions on Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Foods

On April 13, 2021, China’s GAC authority issued the new version of the “Administrative Provisions on Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Foods”(Decree Order No. 248), which will come into effect on January 1, 2022.
