NHFPC Approves Nine New Food Raw Materials

On 31st Dec., 2014, NHFPC announced the approval of nine new food raw materials, including tomato seed oil, eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.)Lindl., arabinogalactan, malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd. leaf, bamboo leaf flavone, oat β-glucan, lactobacillus sakei, and propionibacterium  acidipropionici. Meanwhile, the source, daily intake and requirements on production process of xylo-oligosaccharide approved by the former Ministry of Health through NHFPC No. 12 (2008) have been adjusted.
