On November 28, 2022, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) published the latest Enforcement Rule of Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods1, which mainly revised the Recommended Daily Nutrient Intake Value Table and administrative penalties.
In accordance with the modifications in National Nutrition Management Act2, three nutrients (marked in red below) and their recommended values are newly added to the Recommended Daily Nutrient Intake Value Table (Attached Table 5 of Enforcement Rule of Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods):

The Regulation grants a transitional period for the above amendments. Enterprises can label the nutrient information on products following the previous version before December 31, 2023.
