From Dec. 26 to Dec. 29, 2017, China CFDA released 3 batches of registered infant formula in China, including 45 products (17 are imported) from 14 enterprises. Overseas manufacturers are highlighted in red in the following table.
In 2017, CFDA approved 952 formulae (excluding special infant formula) from 130 manufacturers (check all in our F-lists). There were 743 domestic formula approved in 2017, but just 209 imported formula from 37 overseas manufacturers. Cow milk powder accounts for the majority of the total registrations, representing 79% of all registrations. With 54 products approved, New Zealand is the country with the most registered infant formulae.
