36 Infant Formula Granted CFDA Registration Approval

On December 14, 2017, CFDA released the 29th batch of registered infant formula in China, including 36 products (7 are imported) from 9 enterprises. 3 overseas manufacturers are listed, which are Valio from Finland, Canpac from New Zealand, Nutricia from the Netherlands.

Currently, 115 enterprises with 831 formulae (excluding special infant formula) have won China’s approval (check all in our F-lists). Goat milk powder accounts for 21% of total registrations. 31 overseas manufacturers have completed the registration of 167 formulas, accounting for nearly 20% of all enterprise which successfully completed infant formula registration in China.
