44 Infant Formula Newly Granted CFDA Registration Approval

From Feb. 12 to Feb. 23, 2018, China CFDA released the 41st and 42nd batch of registered infant formula in China, including 44 products (23 are imported) from 10 enterprises. Overseas manufacturers are highlighted in red in the following table.

It is worth noting that Korean manufacturer HAM Co., Ltd is the wholly-owned subsidiary to Yipin Dairy (China). It was granted CNCA approval on Sep. 30, 2017, and was the first overseas manufacturer of Yipin Dairy.

Currently, 148 enterprises with 1138 formulae (excluding special infant formula) have won China's approval (check all in our F-lists). Goat milk powder accounts for 22% of total registrations. 46 overseas manufacturers have completed the registration of 274 formulas, representing 24% of all infant formula registration in China.
