Mohammad Noman Lateef is a Halal Professional with 15 years of Experience in Halal Industry. He has worked for two major Halal Certification bodies of India and currently works as the General Manager with Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind Halal Trust, India. He has been trained as a Halal Auditor by Indonesian Halal Authority LPPOM MUI.
He has also been trained by GAC (Gulf Accreditation Centre), SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Administration), HAK (Halal Accreditation Turkey) and various other notable agencies.
He has done more than 1000 Halal Audits in India and outside India. This includes top-tier brands located in India and in MENA Region. He is also a Speaker, Trainer and Halal Consultant. He has trained leading MNCs of Food and Cosmetics Brands. He provides his consulting services to firms like Deloitte, Athenium etc.
Among his significant talks, he has spoken at multiple events of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) and FIEO (Federation of Indian Exports Organization) in context of Halal Matters.

Ir. Muti Arintawati, M.Si has been involved with halal certification since 1994. She had her Bachelor's in Food Technology & Nutrition from IPB University in 1992 and a Master's in Food Science from IPB University in 1999. Atty. Denise C. Hilao is a labor and litigation attorney for Carpo Law and Associates. She specializes in labor, litigation, appeal, family law, and special projects.
