India Amends Food Safety and Standards (Foods for Infant Nutrition) 2022

On September 1, 2022, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published a gazette notification of the Food Safety and Standards (Foods for Infant Nutrition) First Amendment Regulations, 2022. The revision mainly involves infant formula and follow-up formula requirements, which will come into effect on October 1, 2022.

India Revises the Regulations for Food Products Standards and Food Additives
