On July 3, 2018, China State Administration of Market Regulation issued the registration information of two formula foods for special medical purpose intended for premature or low birth weight infants. Up to now, four Abbott FSMP products have been granted approval in China (in Nov., 2017, two of its partially-hydrolyzed lactoprotein infant formula were approved).
