On January 26, 2026, Vietnam officially released Decree No. 46/2026/ND-CP Prescribing Detailed Implementation of a Number of Articles and Measures to Organize and Guide the Implementation of the Law on Food Safety. It replaces the previous Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP, and takes effect immediately upon its issuance on January 26, 2026.
