China Releases 127 New National Food Safety Standards

On Oct. 30, 2015, China National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) released 127 new national food safety standards and two modification lists. The majority are food additive standards but also includes nutrition enhancer standards, food contact material standards, food related product standards, as well as some product standards.
