Investigation Opened into Suspected Fake Milk Powder from Lithuania

China Lifts Ban on French Beef

On Mar. 16, 2017, China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) and Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) announced that the ban on the importation of French deboned beef, derived from animals aged less than 30 months was lifted as of the date of announcement. AQSIQ inspection and quarantine procedures for French beef exported to China will be separately formulated.
