China to Revise 34 Food Standards and Create 46 New Ones

China NHFPC announced the imminent revision of 34 National Standards and the creation of 46 new ones.

On the 29th of September, China NHFPC published the “Plan for the 2017 Annual Food Safety Standards” opened for comments until the 15th of October (fax 010 68792408).The document lists 34 existing National Standards to be revised and 46 new ones to be created. Here is a selection of the key standards mentioned in the “Plan”.
